Dixey has called Tallahassee home since 1973 and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the city and surrounding counties, business development, the housing market, schools, traffic patterns, local activities and events with buyers and sellers. As a lifetime student, she maintains ties with local colleges, professors and students and frequently assists both first-time and experienced investors, specializing in 1031 tax-free exchange investment opportunities.
Experience:
In addition to real estate experience on a personal and professional level, Dixey has experience in software development, banking and secondary mathematics education. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida. Dixey is a current member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), the Tallahassee Board of Realtors (TBR), and maintains a current teaching certificate from the State of Florida Department of Education. A daughter and son, who were born and raised in Tallahassee, are the highlights of her successes and life!
Education:
Dixey earned an MBA with an International Concentration from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education, with a minor in Music Theory.She has studied at Oxford University, Oxford, England. Licensed by the State of Florida as a Real Estate Salesperson, she has received her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist, which is enjoyed by only 3% of Realtors nationwide.
